Filtering and Sorting the Task List

The Task List can easily be filtered using the controls in the Filter panel.

  1. In the Filter panel, select how to view your list. The View can display either tasks with which you are Involved or All tasks. The default setting is Involved.
  2. The results can be further filtered on type: task actions or target dates or all. You can also further refine the task list by selecting a radio button for a subdivision of them: Next 7 days, Past Due, or Recently Completed.

    You can also view tasks assigned to others by entering a name in the Assigned To field at the bottom of the Filter panel.

    To reset the task display, click Clear All in the Filter panel.

    Each column in the Task List can also be sorted alphabetically or by date; click on the column header to sort alphabetically or by date (depending on the column type).
